Well, I just got it. The installers ran an empty cycle and it didn't leak. Thats about all I can say now. More in the coming years.

Great product at a very reasonable price

The washing machine is much quieter than our previous one. It also seems to do a much better job of cleaning the laundry especially the garments that are very dirty from yard work.
We are especially please with the reduced noise level of the machine during the spin cycle. It has much less vibration than our previous machine.
Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Samsung to our family members and friends.

SHORT TIME OWNER

I have only had this washer 2 weeks, but so far so good. I am confident that I will continue to think it is an excellent machine. The only thing that I would find a fault with is that it has to sit further away from the wall than my other, top load (not sure why) and in my small, condo laundry room, it really mattered. That was not mentioned online or at the store., before I bought it.

I love the features that are built into this washer! Digital display, load balance, integrated detergent/softener/bleach tray, plus a cell phone app to diagnose error codes, etc. I actually recommended the product to a friend before I even owned one. And I'm glad for them and me. Samsung has always been a leader with quality products.

Have only owned this washer about 3 months. After owning a different brand I swore I would never buy a frontload washer again but.... This model won me over and it has all I would ever need in a washer. The final spin has different speed settings and it I use the top two highest spins. Really helps when it comes to drying time. Also it senses the necessary water levels, therefore saving water which is a big plus for us living in the southwest where water is a bit pricey. Recommend you do your homework. Check out reviews on various sites, check with repairmen and sales persons. Also make sure you leave your front load washer door open and don't forget to use the clean cycle at least once a month. You can go longer if you are not a heavy user ie small children, pets, heavyily soiled garments etc.
