Just purchased this a week ago I am very pleased with easy features. I am happy how the washer handles itself. It spins almost all items in drum completely dry...which is amazing and I have cut my drying time by half with that in consideratio. Looking forward to that on my electricity bill for sure. The registration process was also easy. Things that you pay decent money for should be this easy. Thank you Samsung.

Everything about this washer is great but I have had to had it fixed on two separate occasions. The repair man said that there is a innate problem with the locking mechanism. otherwise I am very happy with the washer.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, steam and sanitize
Cons: no second rinse as part of the normal cycle
I would recommend this to a friend!

It took a little getting used to the water saving feature, I was so used to an agitator and selecting the amount of water, but this machine does it all and it seems to put a little water in and circles around and a little more and circles. The bottom line is the clothes are cleaned and I save water

There are features on this machine that I seldom will use. I lean towards simplicity in mechanical devices. The design has problems when using the units stacked.
It is difficult to read the controls of the Dryer when stacked, as they are pointed upwards more than straight ahead.
Other than that, everything else rates as excellent.
