This washer is very different than the old top loader with adjetater. Once you get used used to it , it's so much better. Very smart...figures out how much water needed for the load. Presetting are usually what I need. VERY quite compared to my old one. This one never walks across the floor. Gets my clothes clean without all the "roughness". The best is that the cost is very reasonable. Love the smartness and the digital. I would recommend this washer to all.

I just received my new Samsung washer and have run several loads of laundry. the product is very quiet, uses a lot less water than my old machine and does an excellent job of cleaning. Some of the cycles seem to run a bit long, but if it gets my clothes clean and saves me energy I can't complain.

Product rocks and vibrates significantly

I was disappointed in this unit after using it, starting from the first use and every time since. Product advertises, "Vibration Reduction Technology" Well, in my opinion, it does not work very well....with every load, there is quite a significant amount of rocking and vibration and it is a bit unnerving....
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your washer will vibrate and make some noise, but it should be barely noticeable. If your washer is shaking violently, ensure the shipping bolts are removed for the front load model.

This washer is okay but I wish it had more selections and buttons instead of touch screen. The touch screen is hard to hit the right spot and I don't like it. The washer has no prewash and you can't have two different temperatures for wash and rinse. So it waste electric rinsing the wash in warm or hot water instead of cold. Some washers have automatic temperature selection but this one doesn't. One load I did, I chose hot water and it washed in cold and rinsed in hot. Other than that it does the job its supposed to.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
