We have had this washer for about a month, now, and so far have been very, very pleased with it. Seems very solidly built compared to our previous (other brand) washer, washes good-sized loads and gets them very clean.

Front load washer work very well

New to the home appliance family at Samsung. I've been using their tv's and smart phones for years.
Easy to use control panel. Very quiet operation. Normal cycle is longer than past washers I've owned. Being HE high efficiency I'm reading thats typical. Drain hose could be about 2' longer as my wall drain is on the opposite side of the washer and had to rig an extension to drain waste water. Child lock will come in handy when the grand kids arrive in a few years. Amazed at how quiet it is. It's very well balanced. Stacks well will the Samsung dryer I bought with it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: drain hose is too short
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has easy well placed features for the touch & dial pad! Smooth operation and very quite! It is a lot gentler on all my cloths, bedding and even rugs!
