This product needs a tech.

I will be more able to provide an objective review after the machine is checked out by a technician. A screw came loose the first time I used it and there have been problems with the machine since.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this washer and dryer set about a month ago and it is awesome! I love the childlock features since it's in the basement with the childrens' playroom. I love the features, I love the wash times. It is truly a great product! I also love the little sounds that it plays when the washer and dryer are through with their cycles. I can hear it from upstairs, sure beats running to the door to see if it's done or not. It lets me know loud and clear!
Pros: Bright display, Durable

I purchased this washer (a replacement for our 3 year old top load Amana) from HHGREGG on 3-25-2016, they delivered it today 3-26-2016. I just ran a load of towels for a first run on it. Only took 20 minutes to dry them in the dryer, when it use to take an hour. Came out smelling CLEAN and looking cleaner. Running a second load of my dirty, smelly work clothes now...I have faith.
I read about 2 dozen reviews before deciding on this one. Alot of people said that it was noisy when it came to the spin cycle,. I don't know what they are thinking or talking about, I cant hear any kind of noise from it from the livingroom. Even downstairs right next to it, it is quiet...very quiet.
I love this washer so far...I've only just gotten it today though, so i will update on it.

Even though I shopped for this model, in the last minute; it was a great purchase. It is silent and does its job very well. One think I could have considered before buying was the energy star rating, as it could have fetched me some rebates from local gas/electric service companies. Anyways, it was good.

This washing machine far exceeded my expectations! It is very user friendly and offers a range of different washing options. Clothes come out super clean yet the washer is gentle enough that it won't damage your clothes!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I have only used the washer for five loads but it works great. I read all the reviews before I bought it. I ran the calibration cycle before I used it and I think it made a difference. This is my first front loader and I like how the clothes tumble in the water. It was easy to set up and it is very quiet. It saves detergent as well. Follow the manufactures recommendations on the amount of detergent to use.
Pros: saves detergent
