Great Features!

I've only had the washer/dryer for a couple of days, but love all the features after reading both manuals. From heavily soiled (towels), althletic wear, to delicates. I used a top loader previously and the agitator ate a few of our clothes. With the previous washer (top loader), we couldn't fit a king size mattress pad, so it's great that we have the room to wash it now with the front loader. If you follow the manual, you shouldn't have any problems. Which includes cleaning/up keep.

Samsung does it right and makes life easier

This unit is so much easier to use and more options. Best one is self cleaning, This is our 3rd Samsung washer. all our household items are Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: no cons

I just received my new washer and I love it. It's seems to work very good. Is very quiet. I would recommend it to anybody.

Overall good, except for two things

I've only used the washer for a few weeks and it's overall a pretty good product. One thing that kinda bugs me is the buttons/keys sometimes doesn't sense me, so I have to press a couple of times. No biggie. The second thing is really annoying. You can't switch the door to the other side. You can only open the door from the right. And my washer connection is on the right side and dryer connection is on the left. My Laundry room is super tiny so I have to close the washer door first to put wet clothes in the dryer (to its left). It's just annoying if you have loads of laundry. The doors on the dryer; however, can be either on the left or right side. Wish they thought of that for the washer.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: ability to switch door sides
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the first front load washer I've owned and I am very impressed. Very user friendly control panel and display. The time delay is a great feature just set how many hours you want it to delay the start push start and it counts down to the set start time.
This really gets your clothes clean I am a mechanic on a farm and get very dirty everyday and the washer just cleans it all away. This washer will handle your bedding to your delicate items and will clean them all .
