I am very happy with the washer and dryer, I enjoy watching the clothes wash...also like the chime at the end of cycle, and am impressed with how dry the clothes come OUT of the washer! I did my research on these machines and the reviews I read were right on... good items.
Pros: so far work great, fun to watch wash cycle
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer is very quiet!

I love this front load washer. It is very quiet and does an excellent job getting my clothes clean. We live in a pier and beam house and when it is on the spin cycle, you don't even notice it. My previous washer would shake the whole house when it was on the spin cycle. I am very happy with my purchase.
Pros: Bright display, very quiet

Well I have had to replace a 13 yr old top load, center agitator washer and my first thought was to Samsung. I have read other reviews and while a decent majority have praised this washer ... there are certainly more than its fair share of really bad reviews too. Here hoping I got one of the good ones!
I did not get the optional shelf stand seemed too expensive and not needed at the time. I can always add it later.
So the setup was a bit tricky with getting it properly balanced, but i would rather take the time and get it spot on and just so so. An unbalanced load in this unit will definitely shorten its expected life span.
I am liking the controls so far and they seem very intuitive and easy to change if needed.
It uses very little water from what I have seen watching go through each cycle from start to finish.

my first front load washer, i think the wash time is too long but overall i like the washer, the clothes come out nicely and not all tangled up like they use to be in my old one

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER AS A HOME WARMING GIFT AND SHE RATED IT A 10, SO NOW WE NEEDED TO UPGRADE, THE CHOICE WAS EASY.
