Our first front-load. Very quiet and sings you a beautiful little tune when the cycle is complete! But it does a fantastic job cleaning clothes - the song is just a bonus.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

It's quiet and it has intresting sounds to let you know when your laundry is complete. It spins your clothes awesome, less time the dryer.

First ever front loader washer purchased. Love it. So many great features & easy to use . The best part is the self clean feature & terrific spin which really dries clothes & bedding so well. Enjoy your appliances, as we now have eight ( kitchen & laundry ) total. Keep up the good work. Thanks!!

It seems cheaply made. The metal is thin and bends easily. One of the front panels was not put on correctly because there is a gap where it meets the side, causing it to rattle. I can easily push it in with just my hand. I've had front loaders before that didn't move at all when spinning, but this one wobbles very much and rattles. I also don't like the way the selector knob turns. I'm not very satisfied and will not buy this product again. I'm very surprised because I thought Samsung made good quality products, however, this washer is not. I'm so disappointed!

Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

i like the washer allot. i also use the HE pods instead of generic detergent. i really like the different pre settings the machine has so it make washing very simple. it does not make much noise and very eficient
