I really like this washing machine because it washes good and leave my clothes smelling fresh and feeling fluffed. I also like that this washing machine washes my clothes in a timely fashion and very convenient.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers

Had to buy another Samsung because of dryer stackable a we will see if this one lasts any longer I hope so I always liked Samsung products crossing my fingers

I love how quiet this machine is. My laundry room is next to my family room and I appreciate being able to work on my computer or watch TV without loud laundry background noises.

This machine has some important issues

During the spin cycle, the washing machine makes a terrible grinding noise when the barrel starts to spin. We tried small, medium, and large loads and it’s always the same loud noise and shakes like crazy.
The barrel seems to be off balance, causing the drum starting jumping around and making this high pitched screeching noise.
The machine will leave mold in the front loader washer and we end up with clothes that keep coming out smelling bad. The inside of the machine smells awful!
Overall it cleans our clothes fine (depending on the detergent we get)

This product has met our expectations thus far! We have only had for two weeks but has performed better then any other washer I've owned . The clothes are treated with care on the spin cycle and come out being near dry which reduces dryer time . I also like the design and overall ease of operating. It does take a little longer to wash then my previous dryer however, quality over quantity .

I thought my old washer was great. Boy, was I wrong. This washer is the best. We live on a farm and clothes can get messy. Old washer would have to wash the load twice. Which makes me mad, because it is costing me money on electric, water, and detergent. This Samsung washer does it in one load.
