Cons: hose to clean out water trap hard to do.

We love it!, Did lots of research, very quiet witch was important to us because we live in a second floor apartment. easy to operate, and sturdy, we shopped around (a lot) and other brands didn't seem as sturdy doors buttons etc... will purchase Samsung again.

My mother, sister, and I have all bought this washer and love it! You really do need to do the clean cycle after 40 loads though and you cannot put clothes in that have tons of rocks, dirt chunks etc because it will clog the filter...make sure you clean this out regularly. Other than this it is reliable and does a good job on all cycles, I even wash my wool sweaters on the delicate cycle and they turn out great!
