I have had no problems with my new washer. It cleans so well and is quiet. I can do a small or large load or anything in between. No problems with mold or smell either. So glad we chose Samsung front load washer.

My new washer is very nice, it holds a large load and has many different cycles to choose from.
The spin cycle is a little loud, put it behind a closed door. It is nice that it gives you a choice on whether you want the sound or not, the sound bothers my old dog and switching it off makes life much less dramatic! I'm glad to be back to a front load washer.

THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE WORKING WELL AND LOOK GREAT TOO! I AM USING THEM AS A STACKED SET AND THAT CREATES SOME PROBLEMS USING THE DRYER. THE CONTROL PANEL ON THE DRYER IS VERY HIGH, AND WITH THE ANGLE THE KEY PAD IS DESIGNED WITH, I NEED A STEP STOOL TO READ THE CONTROLS. I WAS ABLE TO SET A PREFERRED CYCLE, BUT NOW I AM STUCK USING THE SAME CYCLE ALL THE TIME UNLESS I GET THE STOOL OUT AGAIN.
