[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would suggest you also purchase the pedestal because I found that even though I am short it is difficult to get the clothes from out of the back of the drum. I have since purchased the pedestal but as of this writing it has not been installed yet. I do like this machine better than the top load which was recalled.

My daughter bought this model washer three weeks before I did. She loved how quiet it ran. I needed a new washer and purchased the same one. So far it is very quiet and does a great job on cleaning the clothes. I would recommend it.
Pros: quiet and efficient
Cons: none so far
