Quiet washer

I used my Samsung washer the day it was installed. I have to say that it is probably the quietest washer that I have ever had by far. I definitely would recommend this washer to anybody that likes a quiet washer.

This is an excellent, high end yet affordable washing machine

My old washing machine died so I was in search of a new one that has plenty of modern features but also is well-built and durable. This washer kept coming up in my research so I finally purchased it and I am very impressed.
The exterior is well painted in white, with the metal and plastic portions matching very well. The touch pad is well designed and has all the features in large legible letters, as well as an led light displaying your choice. The knob is also strong, and has a strong click that won't break down easily. Furthermore, I really like the relaxed sound choices.
The machine itself is almost whisper quiet even during heavy spinning, but it does move a bit when initially ramping up. This brings to my biggest issue with this washer, and it is that Samsung does not include the anti-slip pads with it. The pads would make all the vibration issues go away, and make this the perfect washing machine. Quiet, high efficiency, excellent features, top-notch durability, are all present in this machine.

After many repair attempts, yesterday Samsung sent Cyber World Electronics, LLC out to look at my washer. After months of issues and repairs they replaced the main wire harness which was broken. This harness holds the wires tight so that the washer can run properly. Because mine was broken, it caused month's of issues concerning the rinse/spin cycle. He replaced the part, made sure it was tight and since then the washer has been running like it did the first day it was installed. If you are having issues with the rinse/spin cycle and it takes hours to finish the cycle and the clothes/towels are still really wet, have them replace this part. I assume it originally broke during shipping/delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it recently and it was delivered few days ago. Cleaned well. Runs very quiet and without any vibrations. Lots of options to select from. Got what I expected.
Pros: Inexpensive, quiet, no vibrations, clean clothes

I love washer so far! Only complaint is I didn't buy the pedestal or riser, so it sits a little low, other than that good so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a year ago,overall happy with it, the only downside is that it makes quite a bit of noise when washing I don't know if its supposed to do that but its not bad when it spins, very good on water efficiency and detergent. Clothes come out very clean
