The only problem that I have with this washer is that I cannot switch the way the door opens, but that is not a big problem for me. Other than that, it's great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

take too long to washed, made noise, took very long time balancing clothes. I prefer a top load.

Complete and Utter Junks

My wife and I purchase this unit together with the dryer.
The delivery itself was disappointing. They first brought us a non-working dryer unit that I did not sign for. We had to wait a whole week until we finally have both working washer and dryer units.
After washing and drying our clothes 2 times; once on normal settings for both washing and drying and once for delicate settings for both washing and drying.
Both times, these machines severely damaged our clothes and have caused almost $1000 worth of damage. Not to mention some of my wife's dresses that were sentimental gifts from close relatives.
The dryer itself is very loud when operating. Having it in our garage, we can hear it sitting in the living room.
I can say with confident that I will never purchase or even think about purchasing another Samsung product.

It washed great.. Stopped in the middle of a cycle, panel will not light up, probably a control panel/board. Should not stop working after 2 years

Cons: Poor quality

Complicated to clean filter and leaks

I've had this machine for 6 months and have had to have 2 maintence request. The filter is incredibly hard to clean and twice when reinstalling the filter it leaks. The ENTIRE drum leaks all over the floor and there is nothing that will stop it until it is done. DO NOT BUY, it doesn't have to be this hard!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the first time in about 5 years that we needed a new washer and I found the perfect one! It's much quieter than my previous unit, and it actually cleans my clothes. I'm very impressed.
