I bought this on sale for $544. Wow! Compared to other front loaders, especially in this price range, cant beat it. So many features, it does an excellent job washing everything, very consistent. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my front loader washer. I don't have to climb inside it to get the laundry out. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes and easy to use.

Nothing but issues since day one. One year warranty is up, and sounds like the bearings are gone in the tub. To replace, I would have to disassemble the whole machine(basically every part) to replace. Bearings are approx 200$. Not worth the hours or money I would have to put in. Also not worth hiring technicians to do it as it would cost more than a new washing machine. Turned me off of Samsung for sure. With all of the major issues I’ve read about concerning Samsung washing machines, I’d suggest going with a different brand.

Stops in spin cycle, can't open door.

must manually drain water before spin cycle can be resumed or before door can be opened. first time samsung washer/dryer owner and unless samsung has a fix for this problem it will be the last.
