Junk, don't waste your money

the seal holds moisture which makes the drum smell no matter how many times you clean it. it also puts grease marks on your clothes. the extra warranty they sell you does not cover smell and damage to your clothes. i learned my lesson. never again samsung. really junk!!

i logged on to the review page and the 1st review is exactly the same issue as mine. a review titled "longevity". well mine lasted 2.5 years before the drum bearing went out. i feel bad for the writer of that review, fortunately we have a home warranty that is paying for the expensive repair. i was so hoping they would just replace it, but i guess i will start saving for a new one in another 2.5 years

does rugs very well. what i have a problem with is trying to connect my iphone to it. it is such a pain and i am unable to connect even with youtube guidance.
too bad i can't just scan a code and connect like other products do.
it's too hard for us normal non tech people to cope with.

i bought a samsung washer and dryer 4 years ago. now my washing mashing is making loud noises in the spin cucle and shakes. ive done all the recommendations to fix it bit still is noisy. not happy...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s my old faithful. Well lol not old yet but I plan on keeping this baby until it doesn’t tick anymore. Never used a heavy load but that’s my superstition since using top loaders. Already recommended it to a bunch of family members. Easy to use. Could be slicker but I guess that’s why the newer ones are seamless. I can wait for an upgrade.

I'll never use a front load washer again

almost 6 months after purchase this machine started leaving stains on clothes. discontinued using liquid softener, cleaned the boot after every use, reduced load size, still leaving stains on the whites. never experienced issues like this with any other machine. finally replaced it after only a year with an lg top load. problem solved.

there are barely enough words to describe the level of frustration, disappointment and time wasted on buying this washing machine. after multiple visits from a 3rd party contractor trying to fix the washing machine - after they identified significant internal damage...you would think that they would be able to fix the issues, and have a normal, relatively quite washing machine. clearly i was wrong. i am now out of warranty, and waiting for the day that my machine explodes, and i will buy a new one...not samsung!

Smart Home connection

i throughly enjoy the washing machine and it has worked perfectly for the last 5 years.
my question is, i have looked hi and low on how to connect it to the smart home app.
my washer model is wf18h5000aw/ax and s/n 0dbu5aej300910m.
no matter what i do, i cannot get it to connect to my phone app. (fyi i have a samsung galaxy s10+)
can this model connect to the app?
