Terrible maintanence

the washer works fine... the issue is the maintanence. the debris filter is impossible to remove. you'll cut up your knuckles and have to use so much force pushing in then turning left that you'll break the housing unit for the debris filter. terrible filter. for that reason alone, avoid his model. you can do internet search for samsung debris filter can't remove or something along those lines... and see how much of a pain it is.

this is possibly the worst washer i have had. purchased almost a year ago, serviced multiple times, shock absorbers the last thing they did, the washer almost takes flight in spin cycle and has since it was purchased. brand source has been servicing this for af. what a nightmare, nobody wants to make it right. samsung says that the washer is out of warranty and was prior to my purchase. brand source has been out multiple multiple times. independent repair company brought in, they tell me that it is not reparable and wont touch it. appears that the basket support is broken.

Every 2 years something breaks

i love samsung products but dang does this machine disappoint. got the washer on 2/2018. about 2 years ago the water pump needed to be replaced. now another 2 year passes by and the machine keeps turning on and off. can't complete a wash cycle. yet alone let it run for 3 mins without it restarting. i've unplugged it, cleaned the drainage areas but still have this problem. research suggest a bad pcb board which is a pretty expensive part.

Wore down and loud!

Have had for over five years. Used daily. Wore down and vibrates and makes so much noise it sounds like a helicopter in our house when we run it. Bad smell when using liquid he detergent. Powder he has no smell. We are done with front loaders.

The worse by far

By far the worse washer machine I've had only had it for 3 years and my cycles will feel wetter than normal in each cycle, gave me error code, and now it just stopped spinning it will not do anything and I've only had it for 3 years not overloading it, not over using it, it is by far the worse.

4 years old & had to replace already - TERRIBLE

4 years old and have had 2 issues: 1.) year 2.5 the front display would turn on but not recognize any selections, had to be replaced; 2.) year 4 the drum had to be replaced. We bought a whole new washer at this point. FOUR YEARS…from the many reviews I am reading this is consistent with this brand. Disappointing I bought the set, because now I don’t have matching washer/dryer.

worst washer ever

Garbage after less than 10 years

Worked great at first. Now it leaks, parts either not available or will cost more to replace than to buy a new machine. Repair tech said unit could flood our basement at any time.
Also rusting at front top left, under detergent drawer. I will NEVER buy a Samsung washer again
