i bought a samsung washer and dryer 4 years ago. now my washing mashing is making loud noises in the spin cucle and shakes. ive done all the recommendations to fix it bit still is noisy. not happy...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s my old faithful. Well lol not old yet but I plan on keeping this baby until it doesn’t tick anymore. Never used a heavy load but that’s my superstition since using top loaders. Already recommended it to a bunch of family members. Easy to use. Could be slicker but I guess that’s why the newer ones are seamless. I can wait for an upgrade.

I'll never use a front load washer again

almost 6 months after purchase this machine started leaving stains on clothes. discontinued using liquid softener, cleaned the boot after every use, reduced load size, still leaving stains on the whites. never experienced issues like this with any other machine. finally replaced it after only a year with an lg top load. problem solved.

there are barely enough words to describe the level of frustration, disappointment and time wasted on buying this washing machine. after multiple visits from a 3rd party contractor trying to fix the washing machine - after they identified significant internal damage...you would think that they would be able to fix the issues, and have a normal, relatively quite washing machine. clearly i was wrong. i am now out of warranty, and waiting for the day that my machine explodes, and i will buy a new one...not samsung!

Smart Home connection

i throughly enjoy the washing machine and it has worked perfectly for the last 5 years. my question is, i have looked hi and low on how to connect it to the smart home app. my washer model is wf18h5000aw/ax and s/n 0dbu5aej300910m. no matter what i do, i cannot get it to connect to my phone app. (fyi i have a samsung galaxy s10+) can this model connect to the app? thanks for your help.

this is possibly the worst washer i have had. purchased almost a year ago, serviced multiple times, shock absorbers the last thing they did, the washer almost takes flight in spin cycle and has since it was purchased. brand source has been servicing this for af. what a nightmare, nobody wants to make it right. samsung says that the washer is out of warranty and was prior to my purchase. brand source has been out multiple multiple times. independent repair company brought in, they tell me that it is not reparable and wont touch it. appears that the basket support is broken.

Have had for over five years. Used daily. Wore down and vibrates and makes so much noise it sounds like a helicopter in our house when we run it. Bad smell when using liquid he detergent. Powder he has no smell. We are done with front loaders.

The worse by far

By far the worse washer machine I've had only had it for 3 years and my cycles will feel wetter than normal in each cycle, gave me error code, and now it just stopped spinning it will not do anything and I've only had it for 3 years not overloading it, not over using it, it is by far the worse.
