Great sound

I love this sound bar for the money. The night mode for auto volume control works excellent! The wireless connection to the subwoofer is very nice and the Bluetooth connectivity is superb.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

Easy setup and perfect size for master bedroom!. No cons really, just wish sub was able to placed on either side, it is only designed to be set up one way.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: sub not designed double sided

Not much to say. Title says it all. I will say the only con is the 3D sound depth could just a tad bit more 3Dish. But it is about as good as you can expect from a 2.1 sound-bar 8.5/10. If you have a TV that has DTS 2:5 encoding the HW-J550 is freaking amazing! You will not be disappointed. PCM is excellent as well.

My new HW-J550

WOW!!! What a difference. Now I can hear voices. Being older, my wife and I had to use other hearing assistance devices. Now we don't and it's great.
We had a very large and expensive soundbar that required a receiver. When our receiver went bad, we were faced with buying a new receiver or buying a new soundbar. Since the other one took up most of our mantle, we decide to give this a try. We have other Samsung products, so we looked at the reviews and prices. This choice was a natural. Plus, this has a wireless sub-woofer.
We didn't even need to call the kids or grand kids to help installing it. We followed the easily understood directions. We were surprised that it worked the first time.
We are happy with our choice, and would recommend this soundbar to others.
Pros: Inexpensive, great sound, easy to install, it's samsung
I would recommend this to a friend!
