Large load

Balance is usually OK. Shakes when spinning with large load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. It did stop working once but I just needed to empty the filter, which took less than 5 minutes. It also let's you know when you should run a clean cycle and it plays music when it's done, you can turn off the music if you want, but I like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased washing machine about a year ago under a Black Friday deal. Got a great price on the washer and matching dryer. So far, the washing machine has proved to be an excellent value for the price paid, with a lot of useful features. It appears to be energy efficient, and does a great job cleaning our clothes. We compared the Samsung to other similar washers in the same pricepoint with similar features, and found the Samsung to be best overall value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My clothes have never been cleaner

In comparison to my last washer, my Samsung washer is superior. I like the allergen washing cycle. My clothes and bedding come out very fresh and clean. This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.

I bought this six months ago. So far it hasn’t givoany issues. I wish I would of bought the pedestal cause with out it, you back will feel it.

good price with great capacity

Im very satisfied with this washer. Save energy and water compare to my 10 years old washer. Big capacity. Easy to use. Even come with many features, you can simply press start button and the washer will do the job right. And I love the color, it brighten the room and looks elegant.
