Dont buy , I would suggest

I have purchased in April 2016 and we called 6 times to fix 4 diff issues, PC board, drum noise, door wasn't closed, heating issue.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps breaking under a year old.

The dryer didn't make it a year without it breaking and now it keeps breaking and is out of warranty. Even though I purchase it in May and it wasn't available to pick-up until Sept. So technically I haven't had it a year! I just want a hassle free dryer, I am a full-time worker and a mommy it is too much work on me for the machine to keep breaking.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Issue after Issue

Thought with a name like Samsung I would be buying something I could run without issues for years to come. I bought the washer and dryer and have had them for just over a year first the washer won't drain now the dryer is giving us issues banging around like the entire thing is falling apart. Opened it up and no issues with any of the roller bearings not sure what is going on. Should have stuck with the last brand we had but thought this set looked nice, guess looks don't get the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dryer is 3 years old and I have replaced the idler pully 2 and getting ready to replace for the 3rd time. Worst purchase I have ever made. I have paid repairs enough to buy a new dryer. Will never recommend samsung again

Don't Buy This Product!

I bought this product and within 7 months has to change the Dryer Idler Arm Assembly and now 2 years later have to change the Dryer Electronic Control Board and Wires and can't find the parts to get it fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Massively disappointed

We've had this and the matching washer for only about 3 years. I've been mostly happy with the dryer, but the dryer stopped spinning two weeks ago. The cost to repair was almost as much as a new dryer would cost! Since the washer also leaks, we've just decided to cut our losses and buy something new that is NOT Samsung.

Great when it works

Within the first year the drum roller started squealing and had to be replaced. With the second year the same roller was squealing again. In the thied year the heating element went bad. I consider that pretty poor reliability for an expensive appliance. Needless to say we won't be purchasing any Samsung appliances in the near future.

Terrible

less than 5 years old and already have a cracked drum. appears this is common with these dryers. we've been 1 month without a dryer because the replacement drum was on backorder. very disappointed.
