Surprised at Low Quality

Have had this washer and dryer for 10 months so far. Washer and dryer both continue to have issues. Cosmetically and mechanically. 3 service requests so far one the washer and 1 on the dryer since the appliances are covered under 1 year warranty. Surprised how bad quality both washer and dryer turned out to be.
Not confident these appliances will last working properly for more than 2 years.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this dryer, doesn't vibrate much, it handles my towels and conforter in one load and takes only 30 min.
