I own four of these washers and matching dryers, every unit has had parts replacement between one and two years.
Cons: Poor quality

Samsung front load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the machine for 2 years, 6 months, one of the sensors would come on, it started there was a leak, but it wasn't. Had someone to come repair it, they couldn't, ended up buying a Maytag, needless to say, the Samsung washer is in the garage. One good thing I can say about it, when it worked, it worked well, next time I'll purchase the extended warranty.

will never buy samsung again..bought this and matching dryer only to have both have issues and both are unable to use after 5 years. samsung is not a quality product. buyers beware.

Too many issues

My first one had to be replaced because it was so messed up that it shock my entire house and felt like we were in a tornado. It was so bad that we had to replace it, there was no fixing it.
The second one they replaced with it, none of the lights work!!! This is so frustrating.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
