I love the my refrigerator but I'm surprised!

I am surprise that my LFX25991ST refrigerator is having problems in less than 6 months.
The freezer start getting warm and thawing the food on my freezer. I have to throw a lot of food because of this.
The compressor was change after 5 days but it didn't solved the problem. I think it is something else that control the temperature and compressor. Now I am in the mercy of LG.I requested an LG technician and I hope he can solve the problem. Now, I am loosing again more food that were thawed in the freezer.

Beatiful Refrigerator

This refrigerator looks great in my kitchen. I have other LG appliances and this is the main one that people comment on. Only downside is the counter depth seems fairly small compared to the standard depth. We didn't have the space for a full size, and were a bit bummed when the counter depth was delivered because they did not have one at the store to compare before purchase.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings

We are a family of 5 and have had a variety of refrigerators and styles over the past 10 years or so. I have never been more happy than I am so far with this product. It is extremely spacious in the refrigerator and freezer spaces. It is bright and easy to see all contents in both refrigerator and freezer. The ice maker makes cute smaller ice cubes and the temp monitoring system on outside of door is a great feature as well. Out of all of the appliances that I just purchased for our new home remodel, this is my absolute favorite! I wish this product was on the market years ago.....Thank you LG!

This refrigerator is constructed of high quality materials and is engineered for maximum useable storage space and ease of use. Fit and finish could not be better. Doors and draws open and close smoothly and precisely, with a tight seal. This is the best refrigerator we've owned in the past 45 years of owning refrigerators!

This refrigerator was a great investment. ultra quiet, awesome lighting, easy to use controls. excellent design and features not found on other brands of same price range. Best capacity for counter depth. Cant beat the 10 year compressor warranty for peace of mind. I am sold on LG products.

Best counterdepth fridge available

I highly recommend this fridge! Love the water / ice
dispenser as it accomodates tall glasses and pitchers.
The ice maker is very low profile and doesn't take up
much interior room. Shelves are easily adjustable. I would have preferred if they made two large fruit and vegetable drawers rather than three. They are a bit small
for the stuff I store. Freezer is GREAT! I can fit so much more in than I could in my side by side and it is easier to find items. Basically there is one deep drawer with a divider and two shallower drawers (great for frozen pizzas which I could never fit in with my old fridge). We looked at all the models this is the best on the market!

This product saved me $10 a month on utility bill

I like everything about this refrigerator. The only problem I still have is flushing the hoses to clear the odd taste from the water and ice. I've performed the task 4 times more than required and the water still isn't drinkable.

Great fridge

Overall its the best counter depth fridge I was able to find. After weeks or reseaching different brands I finally went for this model. I wanted the largest one they had however it would not have worked due to the counter depth. The filter is great - water tastes amazing, fridge is pretty decent size, I have noticed that food lasts a lot longer in comparison to my old fridge. It beeps when the fridge door is left open for several minutes. Its just a little too pricey but in comparison to other brands and models its in line with the price.
