The refrigerator broke down, so I called several repair companies, but couldn't solve it, so I finally applied for LG service. compressor was broken and replaced it .it seems that their technology is good any other technitions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the 10 years I’ve had this refrigerator, the ice maker has been a constant source of annoyance. I loved the idea of having the ice maker in the door where it didn’t take space from the freezer. However, the ice maker freezes up almost every day requiring me to open it, and pound on it to unstick it. Other than that it has been reliable until this month when I had to replace the compressor - which took 2 service calls and almost 2 weeks without a refrigerator or freezer.

I love my new French door refrigerator. The double doors save energy and the double lower freezer drawers save energy when opening 1 at a time. I especially like that I won’t lose food for months at the bottom of the freezer. lol
