OMG..... I love to cook and bake and eat! This fridge is perfect. The freezer at the bottom has plenty of room for numerous pints of ice cream! As well as meat, fish , frozen veggies, etc. More than enough space in the top part. Very pleased with LG!!!!

Made a service appointment due to my fridge being out of service and they rescheduled me for a week later and then that week later tried to reschedule me for another week later.There’s nothing worse than a disrespectful company

My crappy refrigerator

I’ve had my LG refrigerator for 10 years now and have had 10 years of aggravation. It is poorly designed with the ice dispenser in the refrigerator door. The ice constantly freezes together and won’t dispense. The fan unit freezes up at the back of the freezer. Now my compressor died a week after the 10 year compressor warranty expired.

Good tray but poor reliability

Though I had to replace my old one, it is surprising to see these break apart in 10 years. Poor quality overall. I would never buy an LG refrigerator again.

High Expectations

I was excited to get a new LG product since I had high hopes for Korean products. The fridge didn’t give us trouble until we decided to replace it. I was planning to keep it and just replace the compressor but the technician confirmed that the early failure of the fridge is probably not the compressor but a leak was found around the seal from other components after the compressor and can be seen by doing a leak test. All in all it seems to be a very well made product.
