Didn’t stay cold

But it in a month later, it would not stay cold at all. Lost all food that was inside of refrigerator. The connection to the smart diagnostic is not easy. My phone did not want to pick up the smart features very easy.

LG refrigerator

Nice refrigerator. I paid a lot for this refrigerator. It lasted only 9 years. other than that we loved the LG refrigerator.

Compressor Problem

The compressor failed on my LG refrigerator and it was difficult to schedule a LG tech to repair it. Once the tech got here the repair went well. I'm disappointed that the new compressor only has a 2 year warranty - all that was left on 10 year warranty of the original/failed compressor.

every few months shuts off

Every few months ice builds up by fan and fridge shuts down. Have to empty entire fridge and let thaw overnight

Great fridge and service

Inherited from previous house owner. Worked great but condenser conked out recently. Mostly covered by warranty and is working great again!

Spacious & Convenient

We purchased this to replace our old LG Counter Depth French Door fridge. which served us well for 10 years. Although our prior fridge had humidity control produce drawers and an enclosed cheese compartment, the drawers were small and cumbersome. We love our new one with spacious drawers that are easy to access by opening just one door. The freezer also has fewer drawers making for more room and accessibility. Door shelves are big providing additional space. Ver pleased with our purchase thus and recommend.
