Poor quality

Haven't had product for over two years and it's falling apart. I've already had to replace the sensor last year and now there is a loud noise when drying. Would not recommend for purchase.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

I highly recommend clicking this link below for a basic troubleshooting guide: Samsung dryer is noisy. Samsung dryers are generally very quiet. Many of the sounds are normal or can be fixed with little effort. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000979/
Samsung Dryer has an error code Error codes help identify the problem when your dryer isn't working properly. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01207445/
When something goes wrong with your dryer, such as an error code, or if it's not turning on, not spinning, starting, or heating, you may think all that's needed is a good reset.
The heating element requires replacement after 29 months of normal use. Cheap product. Previous dryer lasted 12 years.
Cons: Poor quality

We've had it for 2 years and are now replacing a heating element. Our previous Samsung (very similar) lasted 3 years and took a heating element also after 2 years, then at year 3 when the motor failed we bought this one.
Pros: dries clothes
Cons: doesn't last

I have owned my dryer for over a year and I love it. Not only is it attractive but it is also very easy to operate. It works great and holds large loads like my comforter. I definitely recommend this appliance

Died after 2 years of ownership.

We bought this machine just after getting married and it died today after only owning it for 28 months. The bearing holding the wheel for the belt. Very frustrating that a machine that cost this much money stopped working after such a short time.
