Waste of Money

Great features but poor quality of parts being used that customers don't see.
I have purchased my Samsung Dryer 2016. Drum stopped spinning after a year and the belt was changed. It happened again just a year and a half after service.
The belt needs to be changed every 1-2 years? Not worth it!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i've had this dryer for four years, i bought in july 2015 brand new. it has broken every year since then.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

a dryer should last more than 5 years!!!
poor quality. after a $350 repair of the rollers it still squeaks and i am forced to purchase a new dryer. it will not be a samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dryer has broken down twice in 2 yrs. first, the mother board went out and was repaired under warranty. now, 2 years later, the drum? this is a common issue with their major appliances.

Disappointing Appliance experience

motor went out 3 months after purchase was covered by warrant but the put a refurb motor in. have owned 3 years and motor, heating element and now idler pulley broke.

had it three years and had two holes in the dryer for no apparent reason. now i'm stuck getting a new one since the drum is about the same price as an entirely new dryer. piece of junk!

Broken Dryer Drum - Dangerous

Have had the washer a dryer set for less than 10 years. Just noticed a large crack in the drum of the drier. Just found out that the warranty only covers the motor for the washer and they did nothing to help me replace the dryer drum. Just as an FYI this is dangerous because it could cause a fire if lint builds up inside the dryer and rests on the heating element. You'd think Samsung would be concerned about such a dangerous flaw.
