I have had to fryer for 3.5 years and I have had 5 services calls on it. I have paid more in repairs than the dryer cost brand new. It still doesn’t work. I’m switching to another brand and never buying a Samsung product again!!

Issues in less than two years!!!

I bought this dryer with a washer from Home Depot less than two years ago. The dryer started squealing extremely loudly with any size load. The squeal reduces after a couple minutes, but maintains throughout the cycle. Fortunately for me, I purchased the extended warranty through Home Depot. Depending on the fix, I most likely will not purchase Samsung dryers in the future. Not built for longevity.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine does everything the salesman said. One of the best features is how little water it uses and still gets the clothes clean. Good job Samsung

LOVE DRYER WITH ALL THE ADDED FEATURES AND POSSIBLE COMBINATION. COLOR IS GREAT! STAINLESS STEEL DRUM IS A DEFINITE PLUS AND LATCH THAT ALLOWS CIRCULATION OF AIR TO PREVENT MILDEW OR MUSTY SMELL AFTER RETURNING FROM VACATION, ETC.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, multiple features, door latch allows for circulation when not in use
