My wife loves this machine!

This is an incredible washing machine with so easy to operate. My wife is a big fan of washer. No noise at all, and has so many options to work with.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

More features than I ever used

My wife and I have only used this machine for two months, and used many of the features for different clothes and material that I've never used before. The results were better feeling bed sheets, shirts, blankets, towels, etc. I didn't think settings would matter as long as the dryer is set to hot. The drying efficiency is also great in comparison to how long it takes. a normal dry time for my usual casual clothes takes 35 minutes, for 5 days worth of different outfits or a light-medium load. Also the steam feature something everyone probably wants to have but doesn't need, and i feel like it should be a standard. Also it didn't increase my electric bill much after using it 5-6 times a month. Also an added bonus is the cool LED light inside the drum.
The only thing I can think of that it can improve on is the touch buttons have a slight delay.
Pros: features, efficient, attractivee, affordable

Beautiful Design and Incredible Features

I love my new washer...not only is it gorgeous and high-tech, but it works great without damaging my clothes. It has multiple temperature controls and various fabric settings as well as multiple time settings. It also plays music at the end of the cycle, instead of a loud buzzing sound. I love it! I thought I had a nice washer before...now I have an incredible washer. The only downside to this washer is the extremely long cleaning cycle…it takes hours…not sure why, but it does. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a washer that not only looks great, but works great too. I admit that it is a little on the pricey side, but this is one of those times that you are truly getting the quality that you are paying for. Outside of the length of the cleaning cycle, I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely purchase it again.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, plays music
Cons: long cleaning cycle

beware of the fumes

i really like the performance so far but i did have an issue for the first few loads i could'nt wait to try the sanitizing cycle with added steam for some very soiled clothes (btw it takes 2 hours 30 minutes) after a few minutes i went in to see progress and was hit with choking fumes that smelled like wd40 it was so bad i had to open the doors to air out the room i figured it was first time use and let the wash finish decided to try a few regular loads and all was good but every time i used the sanitize cycle it smelled again after 24 hours i tried a sanitize load again and the smell appears to be gone don't know what the do before its shipped but beware of the fumes other then that the machine is great

Cons: bad fumes for the first few washes

Great dryer with one minor problem

We like everything about our Samsung dryer, but it did have one minor manufacturing fault. The latch mechanism was pulling out of the cabinet each time we opened the dryer door. (see photo) I noticed that the latest Samsung dryer models have redesigned this mechanism so that it is now held securely into the cabinet with screws, whereas the one on our dryer is a press-fit type with no additional fasteners.
Pros: seems built to last

Best in price, features and size. Only issue i had is to find user video manual for settings.

Superior Features

We have had a previous Samsung Washer and it does not have near the options than this one has. It was easy to setup, and so far has done a great job.
Pros: superior features
Cons: last samsung washer died after 4 years.
