I had this product for a month. Works well with low noise level, and clothes had little wrinkle even without using wrinkle free feature. Starting and ending music are pleasant. Easy to clean the lint basket.

Dryer does a fantastic job on all types of clothes, bedding, and towels. Permanent press clothes come out as if from the dry cleaner, very little to press.

A feature laden dryer that sometimes performs up to expectations. Well designed. Drying using a predetermined cycle is hit or miss. Some cycles just don't work--one hour on normal and clothes are still damp. Better luck just setting the dryer for a timed dry.

Hooked up and using within and hour. This is just a great machine. Like the lint collector especially, Looks impressive when you see them together in the laundry room.

I love all the choices my washer has to offer. Everything is so much cleaner and brighter. They finish drier and that cuts down on my drying time.

Lot's of features

So far so good with my new Samsung Steam Dryer. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so time will tell if it's a good durable machine or if it just has lot's of bells and whistles. I can't believe how many different settings there are to use to customize each type of drying cycle you may need. I've used the wrinkle release a couple of times and that may turn out to be my most useful cycle as I tend to leave clothes in the dryer too long and need to get the wrinkles out. I can't wait to try out the dryer rack which I think is another great feature of this dryer. I really hope it lasts as long as my last dryer which was over 12 years with never a service call. This is a very large machine. My only dislike so far is the Eco Dry feature which turns on automatically every time you turn on the machine - I doubt it's a feature I will ever use as it doubles the dry time.
Pros: controls easy to see & use, drying rack, bright shiny drum
Cons: defaults to eco dry
I would recommend this to a friend!
