Think Twice. Mine Exploded

screeeeech bang thud...it no longer works. very lightly used machine. in the last few months it was making more and more noise, shaking (even though it was installed properly and leveled) i maintained the machine very well. there is a manufacturing defect in these machines in the materials used. there are critical components that succumb to electrolysis after many uses. in my case, that wasn't the problem; i have not yet found the problem. what i did find was about half of a metal ring approximately 1.5" wide in the filter portion of the machine, this piece of metal was much too large to fit through the holes in the drum. it was the part of the machine that exploded. so much for samsung quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the look, but the Machine didn't last long

i got my machine a while back, it was great, quite, effective, nice to look at. but out of the blue it started vibrating so hard that it stretched out the river that the foot screws into. the first time it ever had an issue. i had called for it to be serviced, they came out and serviced it, and it still continued to shake, like crazy, and rhe drum bounces around off of the exterior cage. i have had multiple service techs out and they have thrown all kinds of parts at it and rhe issue continues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't last for the crazy price tag

Does not last for the $ you pay. I have been putting parts in as they break.like drum bearing and idler pulley. You cannot buy just the part you need its the whole drum. Now motor is out which has a "10 year warranty" but still cost labor and service fees to install.
