Biggest washer ever

This washer is so big that I can fit inside. I washed two sets of king sheet sets and still had plenty of room. The wash comes out almost dry with no tangles. I've washed several loads using different cycles with no problems. Everything works as advertized. I have a big laundry room so the washer and dryer fit perfectly.

Twice the laundry in half the time

We love that we can fit a weeks worth of laundry in 1 or two loads. The capacity is amazing and the quality of the wash isnt compromised.

Waste of money

Arrived at doorsteps inoperable. Tub fills up with water and shuts off. Imagine the fun of a front load washer full of water and wet clothes with no manual way to start spin cycle. Has been a headache ever since. Not what you would expect buying their flagship washer. Steer clear. Don't buy.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no manual spin cycle

Samsung should make a stable washer and dryer where the dryer has control panel on bottom of it. I am short and have to use a stool to reach on top for control panel for my dryer. They should really make a set just for stackable control panels meet in middle when stacked together.

It's great set, but to stack it, I wish the controls for the dryer were on the bottom of dryer.
When you stack the two together it would be nice to have the control panels be able to meet together in middle when stacked. I have to use a stool to turn my dryer on.
Can you invent a stackable set just to do this?

Great Features, Needs a little redesign

Shipping bolts should be marked remove as it is difficult to know if the hardware is a normal part of the machine or it is shipping bolts.
The drum needs a light when the door is opened and when the cycles end. It is a large drum and I need to see inside.
It's about time someone come up with a large front loading machine that you can wash bedspreads with, especially king size.
The machine is fairly quiet.
Another possible redesign is that it needs a reservoir for detergent and fabric softener so that one can put in clothes without worrying about dispensing into the machine. Let the machine do the work.

So far good. Wish light would come when you open the door with machine off.!
Pros: Bright display, get more laundry done at one time.
Cons: light comes on only when machine is on.
