Heating Element Out

Right after my warranty ran out the heating element went out causing me to pay for repairs. I do feel like an appliance I paid this much for has parts that flaw within 1 1/2 years of ownership.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dries it right

I love the fact that this dries my clothes right; my earlier dryer would make my clothes too hot to touch and too dry (sometimes causing static build-up); have not seen any of those here; the clothes were barely warm, but well dried.
Pros: nice features, can easily dry a king comforter
Cons: so far none

Great for a large family

This dryer is great. The time it takes to dry is the equivalent of what it takes to wash the clothes so when one load is done being washed the load in the dryer is already done. Handles large loads like a no other dryer on the market. Must have for large families.

WASH ONCE, DRY ONCE

Can't begin to describe how excited we are to finally receive our new washer and dryer. I've heard of the top loader recalls but I'm confident in Samsung's products to invest in them again. Worlds largest capacity means we can do less time washing and drying and more time to ourselves and the family.
Pros: industries largest capacity, samsungs reliability
