HUGE! But, has a few problems

We can pretty much wash anything we own now. Our comforter now fits.
However, three issues:
1) the detergent drawer is regularly FULL of water. Yes the washer is level and the filters are clean.
2) the loads sometimes end up mildewy smelling. This appears to be setting related, but we're not certain which common settings lead to this.
3) after 1.5 years, it sounds like the bearing is going out - it whirrs quite loudly during the spin cycle on a medium to large load. This is recent -within the last 2 weeks.
However, three issues:

The product is very efficient, completes all essential functions with a song!! I am very happy with my Samsung appliance as usual, along with adult children who visit to wash, friends that stay for the weekend, and most important approval from daughter-in-law with perfectly cleaned babies cloth diapers.

I just recently purchased this product and have only used it for the test run. Potential for greatness is there but just have not had the chance to really use it yet.

Does not produce steam.

My clothes turn out to be soak at wet after a steam cycle.
I followed all troubleshooting suggestions and can not get any results.
I notice that cold water it sprayed onto the cloths but all that does is keep them wet after a cycle.
This is very disappointing for me because I was excited about this feature.
