THIS PRODUCT IS SO EFFICIENT. IT HAS QUICK DRYING TIME FOR THOSE CRUNCH TIME MOMENTS AND IS SO QUIET IN MY HOUSE I DO NOT EVEN KNOW THAT IT IS ON.

Great dryer

Once again great value, requires a small learning curve. The dryer uses sensors exclusively so ensure to place heavier clothe with their counter parts and lighter clothes with their counter parts.

Samsung 9100 Dryer

This dryer has a large capacity and many great settings and features. The one big problem is that the front load door does not stay all the way shut. There is something wrong with the latch and it stays slightly open even if it is shut firmly. This causes the interior light to stay on and the dE (open door) code to appear, not allowing you to run a cycle because the machine thinks the door is open.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality

Drum cracked

It is a very very expensive dry. I thought I was buying quality. But the drum developed a crack from just normal use. I have had many dryer and never had that happen to a barely new dryer. It's junk. I am done with Samsung products. I have a Samsung refrigerator too, and the repair man is on his third visit to repair the ice machine. But thank god its still under warranty
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, poorly made

We were in need of a new dryer and we purchased the pair (washer/dryer) and though still fairly new, we are impressed with the simplicity of use and the tech advances on both items.
