Powerful machinery with week plastics

Bought this machine and have used ten times when the plastic gears that connects the bowl to the motor and spindle broke apart

missing disc stem

I got this as a gift for my birthday in Sept and went use the shredder disc. Realized that I'm missing the disc stem. I have never used it yet. all items still in box. so disappointing.

Great product but missing part

I bought this a few weeks ago and just got around to taking it out of the box and it's missing the dough hook, I mainly wanted it for grating cheese and cabbage, but was looking forward to having a dough hook which wasn't there. Make sure you check for missing parts upon arrival. I contacted where I purchased it and they want me to ship the whole thing back, which is not practical.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where is dough blade

I bought this today because the box showed it had a dough blade. Used it for making humus and worked fine, but when I started to look for the dough blade, nothing to be found. Why show it on the box but not have it included? Frustrated!!!

I was not super happy with this, given the amount of money I spent on it. It was a little defective and we ended up throwing ours out after a while but it worked great at first!
