Plastic stem broken

Disappointed that the stem broke. Works well for chopping. I want to love this as a great value for the watts. But now I can't slice or spread, so I can no longer recommend

Don't Waste Your Money

The piece that holds the blade on does not lock into place and keeps coming undone. It does not process anything, just pushes everything to the sides of the bowl. Frustrating and useless in the end.

Broken Disc Stern and Reversible slice/shred disc after very little use. I guess that’s what you get for buying a cheap food processor.

Broke on FIRST, SECOND and THIRD use!!

I received this as a gift, and it was broken in the box. I was able to get a free replacement for the lid... which broke the first time I snapped it onto the bowl. And then the bowl cracked. And then the (second) replacement lid cracked again!!!!
The blades were great, the power was fine, but the bowl and lid are such FLIMSY, CHEAP plastic that it made this a total waste. It's so thin I was nervous to use it, because another piece would snap off every time I picked it up.
Threw it in the trash today after faithfully and carefully trying (unsuccessfully) to not break it AGAIN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a wide mouth!!!!

Directions say choose size mouth for job to be done, yet it does not allow you to operate unless the regular sized feed shoot is locked in place!!!("for safety reasons due to interlock system") No choice!!! very confusing....also so many parts to clean...not user-friendly!

very poorly made

I dont even have 20 minutes of operation time on this model and the blade ripped loose from the spindle while slicing potatoes.I was able to glue that back together and secure the blade.Then after using it the second time after this fix the top of the plunger snapped off.This model is very dissappointing and I certainly would not recommend it.The plastic is very low quality and breaks way too easily.I dont understand why they would use this type of plastic with something that has a considerable amout of torque.

I have given this item a 1 star only for the simple fact that's the lowest I could go! I wish I would not have wasted my money. The product does and will not work as stated. I have not been able to get it to work AT ALL!!! And of course my luck I threw the box away... otherwise it would be going back!!!

Missing disc stem!

My mom bought me this food processor a couple of years ago and I have previously only used it to process things, but today I wanted to try and use it to shred some vegetables. I tried to figure out how to use the shredding disc, but it looks like I am missing the disc stem that attaches to the shredding disc! I have kept all the parts for this together, so I know I didn't lose it. I'm disappointed that my processor was incomplete and I can't use all its features. :-(
