After owning this food processor for only a year I am sad to see that the large chopping blade is broken. Is there a way that I can get a replacement part? I use this product very frequently!

Bowl broke

I love my food processor but broke the bowl and am having a hard time finding a replacement. It is Model FP2500MC. Please help

Awful quality

Purchased after a previous Cusinart Food Processor finally broke after 15 years. This one didn't even last 3 months or 3 uses. The centre post which links the drive motor to the blade cracked in half. Absolutely appalling. Would definitely not recommend.

Good machine

I have owned this food processor for more than a year. It works great. I have used it to shred and slice. The only thing I would like is if I could but different blades or attachments to be able to do more with it. It is a little loud but no worse then most blenders and Its not like you be running it for long periods of time. The longest I have run it was to make almond butter, which it did without a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

B&D seem to not care to fix issues all these years

I bought this model, the FP2500 over 10 years ago, and after two uses all that time ago, the lid broke, rendering it useless. Meaning on getting a replacement one of these days, I set it deep in a cabinet and forgot about it till I finally, after ten years (2018), re-found it and decided to go online to find a replacement lid today. I figured I'd have trouble finding a replacement for a most likely discontinued item but was surprised to see it was still selling and decided to see what people had to say about it. Over ten years later, I find out that this has been a long-running issue of items being poorly made and easily broken for this item. Is it even worth getting a replacement lid? I haven't even looked at the price. I'm not even sure I got all the parts as well since I didn't get a chance to fully use it. I still have the whole thing so should take a look, I guess. In any case, it's very disappointing that all these years later, nothing has changed and it's just a series of, "Thanks for your feedback" type responses without any actual change, most likely, because they are making a killing on replacement parts.

I received this product as a gift and did not have a chance to use for a few months. Today I took it out of the box, put it together making sure that all parts were locked in correctly, hit the power button and nothing. Will not work at all.
