Microwave has no light so you can't see the food when it's about to boil over, and half the time the microwave is very loud and rattling. Also, the turn knob feature requires you to dial up or down the time - there's no way to punch in numbers

Bought this product about a month ago and am very pleased with my choice. It is easy to use and has a sleek appearance. My only suggestion would be to make the end of cycle buzzer louder or adjustable in volume.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dead Display Six Months After Installation

With the money I paid for this wall oven I expect it to work flawlessly for a lot longer than a half a year. And before anyone asks, yes I tried resetting at the circuit breaker. No luck. So now I am waiting weeks for the first available service appointment and hoping that the required parts to fix this expensive piece of crap are available and not on back order. In the mean time I am without an oven and microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uneven Heat

This unit was installed 12/14. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product. On my old oven if you set the temp at 350 that is what you got. NOT on this one. It over heats. Had service tech out and he said 'That's the way it is", that it was NORMAL for oven heat to go over the temperature set by 50 degrees or more and then drop down below the set temp. This makes it impossible to follow recommended temps and time when baking something unless you SECOND GUESS temp setting (lower) and time (less) if you don't want item over cooked.

I just do not like this at all, out dated, no lights on the panel except time so if you go into the kitchen at night you must turn on the lights to see in order to work the microwave! Stupid! Come on GE, you can do better than this!!! Plus whats this unit is cooling when you just use the microwave????

Microwave is terrible

Very disappointed in the microwave section. Microwave controls are burdensome and should be simpler to use with less steps to simply heat something. Don't really like the dial. Also it doesn't cook as fast as a cheap counter top model.
