Disastrous experience

three years in, fridge froze everything with water, including the water dispenser. resulted in major flooding damage in kitchen and basement due to a burst pipe.six months later, same problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

our only complaint is the ice maker. it works but the capacity is nowhere near what we need. also the ice dispenser itself is rather slow.

Bad Icemaker

number one developed a water leak within 24 hours of delivery. number two's ice maker stopped working within four months. multiple repair attempts didn't help, i had to defrost the icemaker monthly.

Worst Fridge I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] absolutely the worst ice maker ever! 2 glasses of ice and it's done all day. it freezes up after 3 mo. even broke 1x and bucket cracked. needs defrosting 2x a year. terrible use of space inside

stay away!! it will fail you, ice maker will freeze repeatedly, and you components will fail causing strange noises and constant reboots jeopardizing your food safety...

Disappointing Performance

the ice maker does not work for more than a couple of weeks before freezing over. we've had to defrost this thing too often. it is easier to make ice the old fashioned way.
currently the fridge will not cool lower than 50 degrees. we have had to throw out $$$ in groceries.
on the positive side, the lights work, as does the freezer.
we will not buy any more samsung appliances.

A lemon ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ice make broker down with the second year - noted a lawsuit was filed in 2017 for this very problem so not surprised. now the fan is fried and fridge cooling system has failed - repair person coming monday. meanwhile my parents fridge is still ticking with out fail for the last 30 years!
