What's great about it: Powerful, backlit keyboard, different look...
What's not so great: Battery life is deplorable.
I'll make this short and sweet.
I've had this laptop for a month now and I love everything about it except the battery life. I expected a desktop replacement, and use it as such 99% of the time in my living room, so it is not an issue. But one hour of battery life makes it useless as a carry-around.
I was not a big fan of the eco-Mode either, but have come to appreciate it.
All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.
This product is... Good sound quality, A touch pad that works great, Perfect for Business, Easy to set up and is lightning fast

What's great about it: Super fast, great options (back lit keyboard to name one), 3D is outstanding!
What's not so great: Short battery life, but I came in knowing this
I initially purchased the Sony Vaio (model # VPCF234FX/B) and was disappointed from the get go. I won't go into details, but after it crashed 3 times and wouldn't run some software programs, I took it back for full refund. I decided to upgrade to this fully equipped Qosmio and never looked back. They say things happen for a reason, well my owning this Qosmio makes me a believer in this saying. The backlit key board and touch pad feel and work great. The disk drive is fast and quiet. Sound is exceptional for such a small package. It seems to run fairly cool unless the processor is tasked, but the fan is fairly quiet. The built in camera and microphone work well, and even though I have limited play time with the 3D feature what I've seen blew my socks off! I'm looking forward to using this feature more. Okay, it's heavy, big, and battery life is short (I've had results from 1.2 to 2.5 hours max), but this is a desk top replacement and I knew these things coming in. Bottom line: if the price doesn't scare you away, you won't be disappointed. They also make this computer in a non-3D version for about $300 less.

What's great about it: The graphics are unbeatable.
What's not so great: It's pricey but you get what you pay for.
The new configuration of where they have put the USB port on the right side near the front means using any USB device in a small work space the plugs are in the way.
This is not a casual carry around machine it is very heavy for a laptop, make sure you take note of the weight.
Other than that this is a excellent machine and it performs very well.

What's great about it: Speed, Memory, Graphics, Supercool Speakers and 3D gaming.
What's not so great: Heavy and big battery charger, not portable
This laptop handles most games with high to ultra video settings and the speakers are so great with its high def sounds plus sub woofer, its beyond my expectations.. and i got it for 1600 so that makes it sweeter.
It has pretty much everything u need in it.. but its not portable it has a big battery charger. But above all, this thing OWNS.

What's great about it: amazing specs
What's not so great: not portable
This is a great all around desktop replacement laptop, I have yet to find fault with it. the only real down side to this laptop is the fact that it is not really portable. Remember this is a desktop replacement, so be prepared to have a plug handy. The specs on this laptop are endless, it seems that everything compliments the other, by having a native 1080p resolution this computer supports the blu-ray player it, while backed up with amazing Harmon/Kardon speakers. the possiblility are endless I would highly Recommend.
