Excellent 3D & 4k Upscaling

I am using the 4k upscale BD-J7500 (recently released) with SUHD UN65JS9000 (recently released). Initially there was a sync problem between the TV and the Player. The Player would not shut off when moving the TV to cable. Within a week Samsung released a software update for the TV that solved the problem. I bought the movies Avatar in 3D and Amazing Spider Man in 4k. Excellent picture.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: expensive

This is a very good 3D Blue Ray Player

Have only had this player for a short time. All the features and functions I have used so far work as advertised. Very easy to get everything plugged in. Good instructions for using with a receiver. 4K up scaling has a great picture. I have always long life from Samsung products.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

i've got so many A/V toys that it can take some time to familiarize myself with the details that ultimately make the difference in realizing the potential performance and features associated with a product.
and while i can't yet say i've mastered the operation of the BD-J7500 /ZA, i can say i am extremely satisfied with its performance. in terms of day to day operation, i prefer using it's on-screen display with Smart Hub over that of my primary samsung smart TV. in part because the BD-J7500 is a couple of years newer than the TV, but primarily i find the operation of the entire system noteably smoother and free from many of the glitches i encounter with the smart TV.
as for the minor issues, i found the manual to be lacking in terms of details. most questions required further revelation through samsung forums and/or google searches. the other issue, a common complaint in many reviews, is the useless front USB slot cover. it never stays in place and seems destined to just hang/dangle from its tether. i finally just cut it off.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, option for hdmi output to a 2nd monitor/screen, audio quality, 7.1 channel analog audio output, design compliments other a/v components
Cons: moderate to steep learning curve, poorly designed front panel usb cover, seemingly pricey despite the plethora of features

The best Blu-ray player I've ever purchased!

The Design of this product is very appealing, sleek and fits very well in my living room space. I really like the sharp modern look that it has. It also has illuminated touch buttons on top (The Power, Eject, Play/Pause, and Stop) which add a cool futuristic look to the product and works flawlessly with each tap I apply. The Remote has a simple and easy to learn button layout and is used to control all of what the Smart Blu-ray player has to offer. It also matches beautifully with the design of the Samsung Smart Blu-ray player.
The Picture Quality & Sound Quality are superb with an outstanding display & surround sound during movies. The color is one of the best things I enjoy seeing on screen and is a skill Samsung has mastered flawlessly on all of their products that display the best of the best picture I have ever seen. Itll also perform very well producing video and sound quality on older TVs aswell.
The Performance is fast and works smoothly for what it all has to offer. It also has no problems with stalling, loading, or performing the tasks you put it through at all. I really enjoy using the Screen Mirroring feature, aswell as the apps it provides. If you have a Samsung Smart TV, youll be able to use Smart Hub on the Samsung Smart Blu-ray player with it making your experience with this product even better.
The Price point Samsung offers is a bargain for all that it is and what you can enjoy doing with the many features it brings. It's a great choice for having unique movie experience for Family and Friends.
I highly recommend this Samsung product to anyone looking for a forever enjoyable movie experience with a handful set of useful features/apps to use aswell. What more could you ask for? It's the perfect Blu-ray Player to play movies on or use one of the many other great features it provides, for your home/business with family & friends.
I guarantee, you won't be disappointed!

When connected to my new Samsung UN55 HU 8700F TV, I get a very bright picture with good depth. So far I am completely satisfied but I make it a rule to never make recommendations on anything.

I purchased this Blu-Ray Player to go with my Samsung UHD 4 K Curved TV. This is a great match, they work great together.
Pros: Inexpensive, the app feature is better than any other product
Cons: i wasn't able to find a con with this product
