[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item 1 year ago and it began making knocking noise about 3 months ago. It's embarrassing and causes disturbances while watching television.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, ABCXYZ! I can imagine that the knocking noise in your refrigerator is alarming. I see that you were scheduled for service, but missed the appointment. Please review page 24 of the following manual, and compare the noise to those that are normal:
