Performance is Good

Love the steam and Turbo wash. Don't like the tray where I add the liquid bleach and soap. I have to pour the liquid bleach in a cup then add to the tray because it otherwise comes out of the bottle and goes all over the floor because of the way I have to hold the bottle to pour it into the tray. Clothes come out nice and clean;fresh smelling. Love that I can set the washer to start so many hours in advance.

Spews water and suds out the back.

This washer has a large capacity that cannot be utilized. Filling it to half capacity results in water and suds being spewed out the overflow port in the back. I use a recommended HE detergent. Filling the tub less and using no soap did not change the results. This machine is poorly designed due to it's unusable capacity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer cleans well. My whites are very white. I used bleach and washer detergent before in the older washer, but it never came out this clean. It is quiet and it seems reliable. (At least the consumer report says so. Which is the main reason why I bought this unit in the first place.) Only had it for a couple of month.

Extremely Efficient

We have a large family of seven and this washer has been extremely efficient in getting our laundry done quickly! Before we bought this washer laundry was a daunting chore, always were behind. Now laundry is done rather quickly and the children even get all excited helping out!

I LOVE MY WASHER AND DRYER!!!

I needed a new washer and dryer so I did some research. Consumer Reports gave excellent reviews for these models. I had to go to the laundromat for about 3 mo's before Black Friday came. Once I bought these and they were delivered I did 5 loads of laundry!! I had so much fun finding out there were bells and whistles I never knew about. My clothes came out cleaner and so nice and dry. I love the delayed washing feature. These machines are the best. I've never been so happy. I highly recommend this washer!!! I'm still having fun doing laundry because of these appliances.

The washer has great capacity and gets our clothes cleaner than I ever thought possible. They smell a lot better than with our old washer. It also uses a lot less detergent. All around I am really satisfied with it!

I love this washer. I couldn't wait to get it & start using it. I'm single & don't really need this large of a washer but I wanted it. I look for things to wash.
