Great features, annoying vibration

I like all the features available. I have not tried them all yet. Stubborn vibration and knocking needs attention.

We've owned this washer/dryer set for 6 months now. We bought it after asking several people what the best washer out there right now would be and LG came up every time. We've encountered no problems, and it has successfully addressed all our laundry needs. We wanted something with high capacity to wash king size bedding, we like the steam dryer option to freshen a shirt, we like the delay timing option and the auto sensor for load sizes. We've previously had a Duet series, and I think we like this set better than that, and we loved our Duets. Overall, the functions and options are just enough for about anything that comes our way. TIP-Do NOT fill soap to the normal level in the dispenser every wash, you can use less in fact 1 tablespoon is what we've read. It doesn't need that much soap, and it can build up and sudsy-soap out the back air vent if you aren't careful! This is with any HE washer. And, it looks very pretty in our pretty laundry room - bonus!

Quiet! Less water! CLEANS WELL

We really love this machine. It's the first front load we have ever owned and are amazed at how much brighter and cleaner our clothes look. I like the fact that you can select the type of load you want to wash, but then can adjust some of the settings to suit your own preference. Looks great too.

This is the best washer we have ever had over the last 40 years. The wash is not only very clean but smells clean. I would tell anyone to buy it.

This product is great. I can wash a king size quilt in it. My washer before this one was 15 years old and just couldn't handle the quilt. With the new LG I can wash all of the cotton rugs at one time. With the old washer, I had to make 3 loads to get them all done. I love my new washer!

Kind of like a space ship; I've never had such a fancy washer before. At first I thought it was going to be really complicated to use but it's not. There are a lot of customizing options for getting the most out of the different things you wash.

not the first front load washer but the best I've had. Works like it should, quiet and a 'joyful noise' when done. Could just be me but the clothes feel better - cleaner?? Talked around and everyone said this is the best and now I truly believe it is
