Great features, nice machine overall.

What sold us on the machine was the warranty and direct drive motor (vs belt drive). But the features and options are extensive. Many different wash cycle combinations are possible and easy to set up. Also this is a very quiet vs. our previous front loader. Clothes look great after washing.

I have been blown away by this washer. It has settings that I never would have imagined. I can wash my plastic shower curtain. And my great grandmothers doily... The load sensing feature has changed my life.

A wonderful washer

This machine has many innovative features but one I especially like is the melody it plays when the cycle is complete. Wish I knew the name of it. Clothes seem cleaner and easier to dry.

I purchased this washer along with a matching dryer a few months back and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Since then, I've been researching other LG products to purchase for my condo. LG is up-to-date on the latest designs and growing strong!

Great features that are easy to use and produce excellent reults. Our wash comes out clean every time. The water extraction is excellent our dryer time has been reduced by 50%. The melody is a great featue, very quiet operation. Best washer we have bought. It has been 2 months now that we have had it.

This is the second front load I have purchased. I love these ones. The features make these so nice. Not to mention it will hold a football team!lol but really it let's me have more time with my family cause I do the the laundry in less time. It does a great job washing my clothes are cleaner.

Wow, I'm impressed. I have no complaints whatsoever about this washer.
Most impressive is its performance. I didn't know what I've been missing. I don't have the greatest water and don't currently have a softener so I thought my dingy whites were a result of that. After using this washer for almost 2 months my clothes are so much whiter. Even the ones that were dingy! I made no change in detergent so it was the washing process itself. I love the sanitize cycle and use the steam cycle regularly.
I can't speak to longevity as I haven't owned this for long enough yet but here's hoping the quality is as good as the cleaning power!

Very economic, uses less water than any other washer I have seen. It also uses less soap, and less softener.
Love the look in conjunction with the dryer.
The different programs actually does what they are suppose to do.
