Washer has good options, but within limits. Can not select specific options in all modes. Washes clothes well

Excellant washing machine

This is an excellent washing machine. Fit and finish looks great. Functions as advertised. vibration and noise is minimal. If you have an older home I would install inline water hammer arrestors on the hot & cold water lines. They are only ten dollars a piece at your local hardware store. They have male and female hose fittings so they screw on to the machine and the hose screws to the arrestor.

I love my washing machine- bought it primarily because my husband works shift work and my old washing machine was very noisy- this one is extremely quiet and clothes come out perfect every time-

We just moved into our new home to discover the washer and dryer needed replacement. We went after the LG washer and dryer because of its great features and great consumer reviews. I am glad we did. The products make laundry a breeze to accomplish with so many feature you can do a variety of washes. I don't even go to the dry cleaner anymore.

We purchased this washer over a month ago and have had no complaints! Some cycles do take longer than some but you get used to it. I had read that some reviewers thought there clothes came out more clean than before. That couldn't be more true!! My clothes are just like new. We are so happy with our purchase!

Nice machine. Very Quiet. Lots of features and the user interface is quite intuitive. A bit expensive but I think it was worth it.

Great Features REALLY BAD Vibration

This is the second set of LG Front loader washer dryers we have purchased. The first set lasted about 5 years without any issues. The 4.0 cu ft Ultra washer worked great for a few weeks. Since then its been a vibrating wonder. We've had one warrantee person come look at it and tell us its a leveling issue. Funny how the same machines worked for years in the same spot. I can't imagine the machine balancing on soda cans or on ping balls like the advertisement videos demonstrate. I'm going to keep trying to get this remedied. Good luck with a purchase of a machine with "True Balance".
