I am very pleased with this washer. It is stylish, offers great features (though I have not used all of them yet), and is quiet through its high speed spins. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations. I like the sanitizing feature, even though I have not used it frequently because it is a long cycle.

Looks really good, features are awesome. When the water starts coming in from hose it is VERY LOUD. Abig downer in are purchase.

Special thanks to LG brands for helping to bring my laundry washing and drying experiences to exciting and fresh moments! Shortly after purchasing my new LG washer and dryer, I realized that it was the appliances that picked me instead of the other way around. While shopping around, my idea was to think simple when considering my needs for buying a washer and dryer duo; however, I admired the classic features with these beautiful LG machines and then decided to throw away my fears of purchasing a basic machine, one with the usual simple and common control panel. And the cost was affordable! There were plenty of well-planned options to enjoy on these babies, and what was the best thing of all is that I could customize my very own "spin" on things. The main difference in LG washer and dryer units is that there are enough picks to choose from as to how I desire to wash and dry my laundry; consequently, each choice works to leave my confidence level very high with the results. I especially admire my washer, with the safe water temperatures, that wonderful steam feature, being able to choose the right soil level for cleaning purposes, the pre-set measurements for liquids and detergents is a must if you overuse detergent and bleach, which I do, and finally I don't have to rush back to my home to monitor the process when I need to be away, haha! I have the power to put everything on hold! The LG dryer is just as consistent as the washing machine. Bonus points: I am saving money on laundry supplies too. Lucky me!

Great Product with Nice Features

It took me a while to think about it, but I have decided that I am a fan of this washing machine. It has great features that your standard issue washing machine does not have. And, they even seem to work! I've used nearly all of the features and have been pleased with the results. I use my washing machine once a week at minimum. My only issue is that it does take longer to wash a load of laundry (40 minutes to 1 hr 30 minutes depending on the settings I choose). However, I find that my laundry is much cleaner. Laundry used to take a half a day to do, now it takes the whole day, but I don't mind because I'm getting a cleaner wash. I do recommend this washer to anyone interested.

Cons- sits really low, had to buy pedestal to make it easier to use

I love my new washer. It's very fancy - has lots of settings that I truthfully haven't used yet, but the more common ones that I have used have cleaned everything perfectly. It's quiet, doesn't seem to use a lot of water & makes nice music when the cycle is complete.
